Privacy Policy

1. Who handles your information

Sara Advanced Innovations F.Z.E (“SAI”), is responsible for personal information processed through saraadvancedinnovations.com and My SAI. For privacy questions or requests, email support@saraadvancedinnovations.com and write “Privacy request” in the subject line. This policy describes the current account, licence and support functions; any later payment, analytics, marketing or VPS integration will be reviewed and added before it goes live.

2. Information we collect

• Account and contact data: name, email, optional country, phone and TradingView username, account status and communications you send us.
• Sign-in data: a securely stored password hash if you register with email, or your name, verified email and Google account identifier if you choose Google sign-in. We do not receive your Google password.
• Product and licence data: selected products or plans, subscription dates, licence status, MT5 account number, MT5 server, broker and account type when you register an account for a licence. Do not send us your broker password in a support ticket.
• Order and support data: order records if purchases are enabled, support ticket messages and attachments, and records needed to answer a request or resolve a dispute. A separate payment provider may process card information when checkout is introduced; this policy will be updated with the actual provider before launch.
• Technical and security data: IP address, browser or device information, session cookies, login timestamps, security events and audit records needed to operate and protect the service.

3. Why we use it

We use information to create and secure your account; provide product access, licences and support; send necessary account, verification, security, order and service messages; prevent abuse; keep records required by law; and respond to your requests. We send optional marketing only where permitted and where any required choice or consent has been provided. You may opt out of marketing without losing essential account or service messages. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Google sign-in, cookies and other providers

If you select “Continue with Google”, Google confirms your identity to us and shares the basic account information described above. Our site uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in and security cookies for sign-in. Disabling them may prevent account access. Your display-currency choice is remembered in your own browser only. We may use hosting, email delivery, storage, payment and VPS providers where needed to provide a purchased service. We share only the information reasonably necessary for that purpose and require appropriate safeguards. Third-party websites, brokers, MT5, prop firms and Google have their own privacy notices.

5. Storage, transfers and security

Service providers or infrastructure may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers. We use access controls, secure session handling and password hashing, but no internet service can promise absolute security. We retain account and transaction information while needed for service delivery, security, accounting, legal obligations and legitimate dispute handling, and then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required. Retention periods depend on the type of record and applicable law; we will explain a specific period on request where possible.

6. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, or request a portable copy where available. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email support@saraadvancedinnovations.com from your registered address; we may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be kept for legal, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute reasons. You may also contact the competent data protection authority where applicable.

7. Children, changes and contact

Our products and My SAI accounts are for adults aged 18 or older. We do not intentionally collect information from children. If you believe a child created an account, contact us.
