1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms govern your use of the Sara Advanced Innovations website, My SAI customer account, software products, documentation, educational material and technical support offered by Sara Advanced Innovations F.Z.E (“SAI”, “we”, “us”). The Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure form part of the information you should read before purchasing or using an EA. If a product page specifies a supported market, account type, platform, timeframe, licence duration or other condition, that product-specific information also applies.

The website may show proposed products or features marked “coming soon”, “preparing”, “draft” or “waitlist”. Those are not a promise that the feature is available or that it will launch on a particular date. A product is available for purchase only when its final description, price, delivery method and checkout terms are displayed and accepted.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for accurate registration details, keeping your account credentials private, and activity carried out through your account. If you use Google sign-in, your Google account is governed separately by Google's terms. Tell us promptly at support@saraadvancedinnovations.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may temporarily restrict an account to investigate security, misuse or a breach of these Terms, and will provide a reasonable way to contact us about the decision.

3. What SAI provides

SAI provides software tools and education. An Expert Advisor may place or manage orders automatically on a trading account when you install and enable it. You choose whether to use a product, the broker and account, the capital, risk settings and when to enable or disable automated trading. Your broker, trading platform and any prop firm are separate providers with their own terms, costs and rules. SAI does not hold your trading funds or operate your broker account on your behalf under these Terms. Guided setup, if purchased and offered, is technical assistance with installation, compatibility and configuration; you retain control of your broker login and should enter credentials yourself.

SAI material is general product information and education. It is not a personal recommendation, a guarantee of suitability, or a promise of a trading outcome. Read the separate Risk Disclosure before using any product with real money.

4. Product scope and technical requirements

Check each product page for supported symbols, MT5 build, broker/account type, timeframes, permitted MT5 accounts, licence term, update access and any required VPS or internet connection. Similar broker symbols can differ in suffix, contract size, digits, spread and execution. You are responsible for checking compatibility and testing the exact product build and settings on a demo account before live use. We will describe material product limitations and material changes to a paid product through the website, My SAI or your registered email where practical.

5. Licence and permitted use

When payment and any required account checks are complete, SAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased software for the duration and number of accounts specified at purchase. You do not acquire ownership of the source code, brand or other intellectual property. Do not share or resell files or licence keys, bypass licence controls, reverse engineer where prohibited by applicable law, or distribute our content without permission. If a licence is restricted to personal or funded accounts, that restriction is stated on the product page and enforced by the licence settings. Contact support before changing brokers or accounts if a product has an account-change limit.

6. Prices, orders and subscriptions

The final price, currency, tax, term, included services and payment method are the details shown at checkout or in a written order confirmation. Prices are set and charged in US dollars; amounts shown on the website in other currencies are approximate conversions for guidance only. No payment is due merely for creating a My SAI account. If an order is a subscription, its start date, end date and renewal method will be stated before purchase. We will not charge an automatic renewal unless the checkout clearly discloses recurring billing and you authorise it. A subscription that does not auto-renew ends at its stated expiry unless you buy another term. All sales are final: once a licence or digital access has been delivered, payments are not refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law (for example, a duplicated payment or a paid product that was never delivered). If you believe that applies to your order, email support@saraadvancedinnovations.com with the order number. Bank, card, broker, VPS and currency-conversion charges charged by other providers are separate unless expressly included in our price.

7. Support and availability

Contact support@saraadvancedinnovations.com or use My SAI support tickets for product access, installation and billing issues. We aim to keep the site and licensed downloads available, but maintenance, internet failures, broker changes, platform updates and third-party outages can interrupt access. We will take reasonable steps to address a product fault reported with sufficient detail. Do not assume support can prevent or reverse a market loss while an EA is running.

8. Trading risk and responsibility

Trading currencies, gold and other markets can cause rapid and substantial losses, including loss of all capital committed to trading. Leverage increases both gains and losses. An EA, indicator, backtest, demonstration or prior result cannot guarantee future results. You are responsible for position sizing, monitoring, broker and prop-firm rules, and the decision to trade. Only risk funds you can afford to lose. The Risk Disclosure gives more detail and must be read before live use.

9. Liability and your legal rights

Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAI is not responsible for losses caused by market movement, your trading decisions or settings, broker prices or execution, platform or VPS outages outside our reasonable control, or use outside a product's published requirements. This clause does not excuse SAI from delivering a product as described or addressing a material defect for which it is legally responsible. Contact us first with the order details so we can investigate and propose an appropriate remedy.

10. Changes, contact and disputes

We may update these Terms for new services, legal requirements or operational changes. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise. Material changes to an ongoing paid subscription will be communicated reasonably in advance where practicable. Please send complaints to support@saraadvancedinnovations.com. We will try to resolve them fairly. Applicable UAE law and competent UAE courts apply to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law; this does not remove rights you may have under laws that cannot be excluded.
